Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 37 kDa band in lysates of cell lines HepG2 and HeLa after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. The 37 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
